Synthetic Heat Transfer Fluid resists coking and thermal degradation enabling operation up to 600°F. in heat transfer systems using nitrogen-blanketed surge tanks or cold-leg venting to atmosphere. In systems where venting to atmosphere results in air-oil interface temperatures over 300°F., compared to conventional mineral heat transfer oil, Synthetic Heat Transfer Fluid will signifi cantly reduce typical system deposits from oxidation related compounds, resulting in extended service life. None of the above steam cylinder oils are suitable when the exhaust steam condensate is returned to the boiler.

Product Description: PNEUMATIC TOOL LUBRICANTS is manufactured from solvent refi ned paraffi nic base stocks that have low pour points and are fortified with anti-rust, extreme pressure, and tackiness additive that give the lubricant adhesive characteristics. In addition, it contains an emulsifying agent that causes it to combine with water to prevent water from wetting metal surfaces and displacing lubricant.

Demulsibility agent provides rapid water separation with conventional settling or centrifuging equipment.

Special inhibitors enhance the product by providing improved resistance to break down caused by oxidation and the formation of deposits on critical machinery surfaces. They also protect vital equipment parts from rust and corrosion both during operating service and when the equipment is idle. In addition, foam and air release properties are controlled by foam inhibitors and low temperature capability improved by a flow improver. In the ASTM D-943 “Turbine Oil Stability Test”, Long Life Turbine Oil passes more than 10,000 hours indicating the ability to provide an extremely long service life. : Straight medium viscosity index mineral oils manufactured from selected solvent refined naphthenic base stocks with excellent thermal stability, low pour point and low carbon forming characteristics. It has good natural oxidation, corrosion and foam resistance characteristics. Low wax content gives good fluidity at low temperatures.

Low carbon residue reduces tendency to form carbon on hot surfaces.
Multi-use industrial oil.

Typical Uses:
Used as economical hydraulic oil where non antiwear oil is permissible and unit is in mild service.
ISO VG 32, 46 and 68 are commonly used in reciprocating ice machine compressors using ammonia and carbon dioxide as refrigerant.
NOT recommended for compressors using FREON or other refrigerants where evaporator temperature is below -35° F.
NOT recommended for reciprocating compressors using SULFUR-DIOXIDE as a refrigerant, these compressors generally use a white oil.
Other uses include one “once-through” lubrication for high and low speed plain and anti-friction bearings, cross heads, slides, ways, chains, and general machine shop lubricant.

NOTE: ICH OILS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE IN HIGH PRESSURE HYDRAULIC PUMPS (800PSI OR GREATER).

: HEAT TRANSFER FLUID 32 & 46 are manufactured from solvent extracted paraffinic base oil specifically designed for use as a heat transfer fluid. The low viscosity of Heat Transfer Fluid 32 & 46 permits rapid and effi cient transfer of heat and greater ease of circulation.

Low viscosity for efficient heat transfer.
Good thermal and oxidation stability for long service life.
High thermal conductivity for quick rates of heat transfer.
Low pour point to avoid cold start difficulties.
Non-corrosive to steel, stainless steel or aluminum heat transfer systems.

Typical Uses:
Recommended for use in both “open” and “closed” systems found in asphalt plants, chemical plants and other industries.
Used in closed systems where the bulk fluid temperature does not exceed 600° F.
Used in open systems where fluid temperatures do not exceed 395° F. at point of contact with air. The fluids most likely point of contact with air occurs at the expansion tank which is vented to the atmosphere.
Petroleum products are not recommended for heat transfer systems where bulk fluid temperature exceeds 600° F. in both “open” and “closed” systems.
In open systems where oil is exposed to air, the oil temperature should always be 25° F. lower than the flash point of the oil.

Product Description: FLAMEPROOF 200 fire resistant hydraulic fl uid is a water/glycol based hydraulic fluid, which contains no nitrites and therefore should contain no nitroamines. The water contained in this fluid makes it less susceptible to spray or mist ignition associated with industrial hydraulics. FLAMEPROOF 200 is compatible with most of the elastomeric sealing and packing material, such as natural rubber, SBR, Viton, Butyl, Nitrile, EPR, and Neopreme. CP SPINDLE OIL 10 is a light colored, low viscosity, naphthenic base oil used for cleaning and flushing spindles with minimum staining of cotton. CP SPINDLE OILS 22 and 46 are light colored, non-staining, naphthenic base oil with special additives to provide excellent protection against rust, oxidation and foaming.
